What is the status of my order?

You can see the current status of your order in the order history. If your order has not yet been shipped, we are already processing it as quickly as possible. As soon as it has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In it you will also find the DHL tracking link, which you can use to check the exact delivery status at any time.

Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages. For each package you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with an individual tracking link.

Items that are currently out of stock can be pre-ordered. Please note that delivery times may vary. You can find the expected shipping date in your order overview.

What happens if you are not at home when the delivery is made?

You can flexibly adjust the delivery using the tracking link in the DHL email. You have the option of redirecting the package to a neighbor or a pick-up point near you, or arranging a new delivery date.

What should I do if there is an error in the address or the name on the doorbell is different?

If there is an error in the address provided (e.g. missing house number) or a different name is written on the doorbell, DHL will deliver the package to a nearby parcel shop. In this case, you will receive an email from DHL with the pickup information. Please bring your ID card with you when you pick up the package.
